Neal, I just discovered that my browser is tossing up two errors every
time I access
http://www.opro.org/new%20redesign/index.php

Mozilla says (twice on every page, actually):
Error: The stylesheet http://www.opro.org/error.html was not loaded
because its MIME type, "text/html", is not "text/css".

I don't see the reason...

I know why - see if it went away.

I had some links to stylesheets which didn't exist. It hasn't posed a
problem for me, but I plain forgot about them, don't need them for now.

Anything else you see that ought to be fixed?
Two small suggestions:

The menu button you have for "home" might look better if it could be top
aligned with your main content box.

My other suggestion is to have a contrasting color for the "In this
section:" #nav h3 color should be lighter it is far too dark for this bg
color, I would suggest your content bg color #ccccaa. It keeps a unified
scheme and is easier to read.

Great stuff. Hopefully some new pics will come soon.

I agree, will play with that soon.

Actually, toying with an indent and nesting here. But this makes sense too.
