Tip Exchange (www.tipexchange.co.uk) is a unique horse racing
information service that currently receives about 4000 visitors a
month. Our current marketing strategy includes search engine
submission (poor positions), horse racing directory site links,
affiliate program (20 affiliates) and mailing list (563 subscribers).
Please let me know what you think of the site but more importantly how
do I move to the next marketing level and substantially increase
visitors? We have a small budget available ($100pcm).
Thanks for your time,
Ian.

I'm using Mozilla 1.2.1 on a Mac at 640x480.
I have to scroll right.
The bottom of the middle window breaks if I scroll down.
Sections tend to overlap with too much scrolling. For instance, I can see
"Looking for a Tipster?" twice right now.
Why reference an external stylesheet and then put a bunch of styles inline?
I'm not fond of popups.
No DTD.
The design appears quite fragile to me.
