Nice site; good code; clean layout. I don't like the first nav link
on the home page, which is a link to the same content.

Why using cookies?

Never use cookies - except session. Is it an issue?
No, it isn't a issue.
Only I got a www.williamtasso.com cookie: ASPSE=IKKPLN Allow?
(Y/N/Always/neVer) message when visiting your page with Lynx.

I don't have Lynx, but I've set my browser(s) to:
prompt for all site cookies
allow session cookies
block third party cookies

The session id is used so that I can utilise some of the ram available on my
server in place of running the same script with every page load. Swings and
round-a-bouts - primitive server resource management etc.

I agree - It's actually the same page and is a hang-over from a previous
version which is scheduled for removal with the next update (whenever I get
round to it) which will have a brand new all singing/dancing (tm) navigation
management system driving it - possibly including breadcrumb trail and site
map.

Since you allow it,
It's positively encouraged.

Really slick. It's hard to make strong colors really work, but
you've done it. RE. our conversation elsewhere about
list-style-images: You seem to have it worked out fine.
