Default website critique - 06-27-2004 , 10:25 AM






And a question too. In ie6 the top navigation wraps at narrow screen
sizes when i don't want it too. how can i fix that? Any other
suggestions and ideas are greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

To make the navigation not wrap, I think putting a div around
them with a set width would help. Then the complete navigation
will move to below the logo in a narrow window though.

But about the sitecheck part: in Firebird I only get to see the
header with the navigation in it. The rest of the page remains
white.

One small quibble: The text

"There are several public places around Cambodia with Peace Art
Project works on display."

could better be "See Peace Art in Cambodia," or some other more active
re-phrasing. I used to use a primitive style-checker, and it always
dinged me for "to be" verbs.

yes. it was a mistake both times. i *know* i clicked on the link at
the top of the alt.html.critique the second time, but it still added
the message to this and the other post (respectively). hopefully, you
will see it yet again in the correct spot.
