The site has a nice look to it. It seems friendly and professional. But...

When I hit the page, a Flash movie starts, with sound. There is no
warning about this, and no sound control.

If I then click on "CLICK HERE TO WATCH" (which is crazy, because I just
watched it, but it turns out that I'm about to watch something
different, but I can't tell until I've already clicked...) then I go to
a new page/Flash movie. The second or third line of the spoken text is:

"It will allow you to regain control of your computer."

....which is ironic, because while I'm hearing that line, I'm busy
scrambling to find the mute button, so that I can regain control of my
computer.

Of course, when I try the above with JavaScript turned off, I see no
movie on the first page (see no evil, hear no evil...), although the
rest of the page looks normal and useful [1].

If I click on "CLICK HERE TO WATCH" w/ no JavaScript, the second page is
is a big empty (but quiet!) white rectangle. There's no hint that I'm
missing content because of my JavaScript settings (I just have to know
that).

[1]Turns out the page is most useful if I'm sighted and have image
loading on. When images are off, your texts disappear because they're
really all images. You do have alt texts which appear as links, but
they're in a very small font-size in either blue or purple (my link
defaults) on dark green. Maybe the green background isn't necessary? Or
don't specify font-size: 11px; as the default?

There's a problem with your Key_Management.html page in IE6, probably
because you're trying to use PNG transparency. The "Key management"
corner image overlaps the USB key image. Some of the pages have the same
problem with the nav menu link images; they all have a light blue
background (online_safety.html is okay, however).

Your biggest problem is probably going to be getting indexed by search
engines. A great deal of your content is locked in Flash and images.
Your "buy", "FAQ" and "facts" pages are better about this, but your
*home* page has very little.

HTH. Good luck with the site!

Hi John,
many thanks for the feedback, it was most constructive. I will make
changes accordingly. I know about the IE6 problem and am looking for a
solution. You are right it is the PNG'S. I don't have your email
address and would like to chat about a couple of your other points.
Mail me if you would like to.

best regards,
John

When I put the mouse cursor over the green dots, nothing happens.
You didn't mention that JavaScript is required for the effect.

The design doesn't adapt very well to enlarged text sizes. The minimum
font-size in my browser is 65% larger than your specified 11px size.

Others have mentioned the issues with all the graphics of text, among
other things. Overall I like the design, though.
