The text in the flash is too small for me to read. When I zoom in
enough for it to be readable, the blocks of text are too wide for
the flash area.

FYI, this is a newsgroup for HTML critiques, so be prepared for comments
on your code. Yours isn't good. It looks like the crud that is generated
from a graphics program, which is a very poor way to make a web page.
Nobody should be using spacer images any more.

I disable Flash because it is most commonly used for annoyances that I
can happily live without, like non-stop animation. Your home page
doesn't say much without Flash, so I went to the site map. Why is this
page all graphics? I can't read any of the gray text, first because it's
far too small and second because there isn't sufficient contrast with
the white background. Usability is not very good. Disabling images
didn't help because the alt text is not very good, either. Alt text
should help the page make sense when images aren't seen.

I didn't bother looking at anything else. Please learn some HTML and
while you're at it, do a little research on web usability and
accessibility. You will end up with a much better quality site if you do.
