Opinion of colors

Using the chart at http://www.degraeve.com/reference/color.php I've
selected a few different colors to match my header background (fbc3c2)
and would like your opinion or suggestion.

I prefer this blue one. Some of the other colours seemed too dark to
me. I like blue... and green.

As a visitor I find your top and right-hand menus a little confusing:
some items are on both of them, but others are only on one of them. I
would expect the Customer Care, Privacy, and About Us links to be under
the Help Desk heading in the right-hand panel.

And, maybe, all the departments listed across the top of the screen.

You might also like to consider removing the text at the very top of the
screen. I find it distracting.
