Your right, it isn't. But, when your are abusive to people then you can be
turned in and you will have to get another provider. There are things that
are considered abusing the newsreader and or service terms to your agreement
for your ISP. I also don't think it looks very good for your site. Real bad

web site design together, instead of wasting it on NG's you might have
a decent looking site with good navigation and content. Then you
