What a bloody stupid question.

No web site is perfect. They all suck in some fashion.

Doubtful. "Perfect" is an ideal which likely cannot be attained. The best
pages compromise in the least offensive manner to make them as perfect as
is reasonable. But I doubt I'll ever see a page which cannot be improved
in some way.

Uh ... no.

That's because everyone has their own idea of 'perfection'.

A site may have 'perfect' mark-up -- but not the graphical design.

A site may have a universally acceptable visual appearance (not likely,
though) -- but bad mark-up.

Then throw in people's pet hates (frames, tables-for-layout, etc.).

And a dash of usability and accessibility requirements.

So ...... no.

regards.
