Tables versus CSS

Hello


What are the advantages and disadvantages, I hear it is okay to use tables
as a tool in some places and then in others I read that you should not use
them.

Okay. Then Google for it in alt.html, comp.infosystems.www.authoring.html and
comp.infosystems.www.authoring.stylesheets. That narrows it down a bit.
