Please look at this site - the idea here is - we are a company that design
websites.

Any suggestions how to attract more clients or comments on the prices or
anything is welcome.

I like the look/feel of the site - would like it better if you moved the
visitor stats mid-way between the contact info and the three <hr>s, make the
font re-sizable, loose the animated gif banner (Pleeeease).

In addition to the points already raised:

(a) You're use of javascript for the menu produces an unnecessary
overhead for the users of screen readers as the menu is seen as a
collection of 'submit' buttons on 6 'forms':

Riebens Designs
Website Design for the Future...
(Start of form 1.)
[about us: Submit button.]
(End of form 1.)
(Start of form 2.)
[clients: Submit button.]
(End of form 2.)
(Start of form 3.)
[costs: Submit button.]
(End of form 3.)
(Start of form 4.)
[services: Submit button.]
(End of form 4.)
(Start of form 5.)
[contact: Submit button.]
(End of form 5.)
(Start of form 6.)
[home: Submit button.]
(End of form 6.)
Industry Leaders
.................................................. .......

People don't really want to hear that on every page. A conventional
CSS-based menu would be just fine.

(b) Run your text through a grammar/spell-checker to eliminate the
typos.

(c) You've 'styled' some headers on the pages, but you haven't marked
them up as such in the HTML.

(d) Ensure that all your <img> tags have adequate alternative text.

(e) Use correct mark-up for the table on your 'costs' page.

regards.

The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site
might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to
adjust your browser settings.

Well, be nice if the site was up.

That's not actually true. For "PUBLIC" doctypes, you don't need to give a
URL.
Unless you are using the Transitional doctype (which you shouldn't
anyway, of course) - the URL is required to trigger "Standards" mode in
most browsers that perform doctype-sniffing. Sad, but that's the www we
live in. :-(

Oh? I'd got this example from alistapart.com and presumed it was correct.
It *is* correct. However, the (less complete) DOCTYPE in the original post
was also correct.
