Site Critiques

hey there,

before i annoy anyone i just wanted to check,
is this the site where i could post a link to a website im making and
ask you kind ladies and gentlemen to critique it for me? as in not
comment on the coding, but comment on the design/layout...

is there a newsgroup around these parts that would suit better?

I think you'll get a comment on the coding and design/layout.

I can't think of a forum that will do design/layout comment without
coding comment.

ooh that car looks nice i'll buy it and not worry a fig as to whether it is
built properly.
