First of all you should check the <TITLE> of each page. Having "Riebens
Designs Clients" at the top of every page makes things a bit confusing.
Personally I'd get rid of the web counter too. Is it really necessary? I
find it a bit annoying when sites insist on setting a cookie just for this
sort of purpose.
Your links are not clearly differentiated from the other content. If you
wand unadorned blue links, then don't use unadorned blue headings as well.
How can I tell which is which?
The "Riebens Designs / Website Design for the Future..." text spills out of
its box when I enlarge the text. How about using a positioned DIV with a
tiled background so that this area can grow with the text?
On the "Costs" page itself, the content is awkwardly spaced and hangs over
the three grey bars at the bottom, making it totally illegible (IE5.1/Mac)

Overall it looks nice ... but perhaps a bit unwelcoming?
