This is a very good read for those who want to learn more on accessibility:

No it isn't, and you don't even have to look at the content:

Microfonts
Tables used for layout
Images of text
Fixed width layout
Spacer gifs
Invalid HTML
100% presentational HTML
Not a trace of CSS

The fact that it's written by Macromedia should have been a warning.
They are amongst the most clueless when it comes to web authoring, never
mind accessibility.

So what are you complaining about? The HTML of the site -- or it's
contents?

Clearly the coding doesn't meet your standards, but this doesn't detract
from the overall message.

That's what I figured.

I think the content is a step in the right direction and would educate
people that have no idea whatsoever when it somes to accessibility.

Sure --although I'd be more inclined to point people towards Jim
Thatcher's Web site, and in particular his tutorial on accessibility and
Section 508.

http://www.jimthatcher.com/webcourse1.htm

Jim is pretty much an accessibility 'guru' -- and the book "Constructing
Accessible Web Sites" which he and others authored is well worth a read
as a follow-up.
