Request IE check of page (corrected URL)

Can someone with IE please verify that it works O.K. with this
page, I've replaced most of the info anchor links with anchor
pop-ups instead & do not know if these work with IE or how it
displays on typical screens.

pop-up seems less than desirable with one (Tabs) of the two
Opera display options, though regular user should be able to
accustomed to going in & out of such modes.? I have no idea
what IE does these days.
