Angelo,

Once they showed up, some of your screen shots look stunning, BUT I
almost fell asleep waiting for the page to load. The first thing I
would do is put each screen shot on a separate page, with just an index
to them on the home page.

Um, and several attempts were made to set cookies as the page loaded.
That seems unnecessary (and I didn't allow it).

The "Welcome" banner at the top of the page is a bit too jumpy for my taste.

And what do Arabic Celebrities have to do with your site?

I tried a couple of the Flash headers. One loaded fairly quickly, but
the second took forever. I suggest you try looking at the site from
someone else's system, using a dial-up line, to see what happens to
visitors who don't have broadband connections.

Great looking graphics.
But you're posting to an HTML newsgroup.
First and foremost, I'd have to say that you're exhibiting MASSIVE
cluelessness by putting so many large graphics on each page. That doesn't
demonstrate much in the way of WEB knowledge.

If you almost fell asleep waiting for those graphics to load, then perhaps
the first thing you should do is invest in broadband?

Nice designs.
You have a little to learn about flash optimisation and use of sound. One of
your flash files had the most horrible sounds, it sounded like space
invaders from the 70's. Another flash file ran very slowly (~5fps) on my
system.

These designs look pretty, but how easy would they be to convert from
photoshop into html? and if you can do it, would they be fluid? I think some
of them might not be!

If you can't design a webpage that dialup people can access easily, then
perhaps the first thing YOU should do is invest in learning to author a
web page properly.

Only a short-sighted, egotistical idiot puts the blame on the visitor.

And what if it isn't available in his area, or is cost-prohibitive?
Yep. The availability of broadband can vary according to rather arbitrary
microgeographical considerations; literally from block to block. In some
areas the only broadband provider may be an unreliable one. Some areas may
have poor penetration, particularly "exurbs" (communities on the outer
fringe of a metropolitan area, which often attract very well-to-do
residents).

Dial-up is going to be around for a long time to come. Get used to it.
It's also worth mentioning that users in large corporations may very well
be on a network with a big fat pipe to the Internet, but that pipe is
handling traffic for thousands of users at once so the effective bandwidth
per user isn't all that high.
