Known issues:

- Background image a little hefty.

- In IE prior to 6.0, at low browser widths (below 600px), the
side bar drops down below the content in.

- Opera 3.x-5.x is smart enough to find the PNG background (a
GIF is provided for stupid browsers -- i.e. IE) but not
smart enough to alpha-blend. Anyone know a CSS hack to
differentiate between Opera < 6 and Opera >= 6?

Can't you use this information shown aswell in a logfile to provide
different css files?
