I mean what I'm about to say in the nicest way possible. Please do not
misinterpret my tone.
Are you sure you're the right person for the job? Why did ACCD pick you?
The questions you're asking really require relatively basic HTML knowledge.
These are things that, if you don't know them, making a truly accessible
site is just out of the realm of possibilities.

Your best bet would be to walk away from this project over the weekend. Go
buy a book or two on HTML and study it thoroughly. You will not learn this
by floundering about with FrontPage, hoping you can get it right.

I recommend anything by SAMS or O'Reilly. The book "Teach Yourself HTML in a
Week" was very valuable to me when I was first starting out.

Do yourself a favor and get ahold of a good book on HTML and maybe even one
on CSS, too.
You only know of me what you read on this newsgroup.
I WILL deliver on this contract or be held at fault. My credentials
are greater than the sum of my questions on this newsgroup.
Thanks for your concern, advice, and recommendations.

Laura

I certainly did not mean to offend you, and I clearly stated so in my post.
Still, you've chosen to take a very defensive tone.
I'm not sure what you think your "credentials" are, but when you're making
sites with FrontPage and asking *very* basic questions about HTML, your
"credentials" in this matter are apparently nonexistent.

Accessibility is *not* brain surgery. It only requires a firm knowledge of
HTML and an understanding of how the disabled use the Internet.
Because of this, you must first bridge the gap of your ignorance of HTML.
It isn't the advice you want, but it is the advice you need.
