Changing the text color for each page is a little odd. It distracts from
the content. Having a header background that matches the original link is
good enough.
The blue and gray motif is strongly reminiscent of IBM and Microsoft. Is
that the idea?
The black and white photos don't really seem to convey anything. The two
people have crossed arms indicating a protective or defensive attitude,
and have a slightly bewildered look on their faces.
The random mosaic tells me nothing. Except for a poor fit of the pieces
that needed a lot of grout to fill in the gaps.
