How'd you calculate this?
My default font size is 18px. 12/18 is ~67%, no?

I'm replying to myself...heh...but the font issue should now be fixed!

Anyone disagree?

Now for the rest of the issues. Give 'em to me slow, and use small
words with simple descriptions.

All fonts not fixed. On the Pre-Sales Q & A page you use font sizt="1" and font-size: 11px. Should
be changed to font-size: 100%; unless the page is ment to be unreadable.

That is actually part of a pre-packaged system...I'm pretty sure we can't
change that, as all the template setup pages I've seen don't give an
option
to modify the header. :-(
You're hosting the documents, are you not? You should be able to change the
headers, via either httpd.conf or .htaccess.

Its part of a pre-packaged system (modernbill and eSupport). Most of the
files are encrypted...and the templates, which are editable, don't seem to
have that information in them. I'm going to search their forums to see if
there is anything there. Unless anyone here knows?

I'm not exactly sure what you want to change (you meantioned headers), but
this could be a start:
