You should always cite Web site addresses as URLs, not just hostnames,
as in <URL:http://www.safe-nz.org.nz>.
That said, the first thing I would standardize is the HTML. It looks
really bad to have a W3C "valid HTML" button yet errors come up when
the validator link is followed.
It wouldn't hurt to standardize the CSS either by getting rid of the
dorky scrollbar colors. There is a reason there are no CSS properties
for scrollbar colors in the specification.
