Well, here I am :-)

Virtualwebc, you may wonder why you have recieved no replies to you
post.

Well, the reason is very simple.

It is this stupid "web design forum" you are using. This is not actuall
a "web design forum" at all, it is merely a portal into usenet, and
very bad one at that.

Your post has actually been forwarded on to the usenet servers to th
newsgroup alt.html.critique. Over there a few of us have responded t
your post, in various ways.

However, the bloody stupid software that your forum uses has chosen t
lump all of our replies into another thread, from last February.

This thread can be viewed here:
http://www.forum4designers.com/message43344.html

that is if this useless forum will allow you to click on that. You ma
have to copy/paste it into your browser.

This is not the only problem with the software this forum uses. It ha
been proven to munge CSS examples posted to it. It is known to remove al
formatting form Javascript examples posted to it. Now we find it stuffs u
it's threading. How bloody useless is that.

Alternatively here:
http://groups.google.com.au/groups?h....html.critique
is a link into groups.google where all newsgroups are archived. Your pos
is not there just yet but the thread in which our replies went is. It'
subject is "My Site".

Better yet, obtain a newsreader. Chances are your existing mail client i
also a newsreader. Subscribe to alt.html.critique directly. You will ge
far better response to your queries and recieve far better credibility.

Cheers
Richard
