This is a static version of an web app i'm attempting. Does anyone have any
suggestions, a better way of doing it ?

P.S.
I know its not validate html etc.

Perhaps someone has ideas or can provide links to best pratices in
displaying database records.

I will be paginating with Pear DB

What i need are some design tips for displaying MySQL DB records on a
webpage using PHP, HTML CSS and javscript.

I will be posting my findings and solution in this thread.

I'm a bit beyond it. I have already designed the app backend but thought it
