It validates. Yay!
The site uses a HTML Transitional DTD (doctype). For new web pages HTML
Strict should be indicated.
The site has a fixed width of about 1000px. Since my viewport is
typically 850 - 900px, some of the links on the right are not visible.
I normally have Javascript disabled. The fancy, CPU hogging buttons do
not display, only a large white space. Even after enabling JS there is no
clue what the animated icons mean.
The text size is appears to be about 80% of my preferred size, so I have
to squint to read the text. Then the services description text size is
even smaller to the point of unreadable.

The color scheme and artwork invoke a sense of candy and bubble gum.

It seams that the icons are splash menu buttons.

Hello BTS, Jim and Edwin! Speaking of buttons, just yesterday I
finally implemented the improved code for the navigation buttons on my
home page, using an id for the div instead of repeating a class for
each link. That got me to understanding what dorayme was telling me
about the buttons for the navigation bars on all the other pages, so I
fixed those too! Thanks again.
