On the Gallery index page, the Artist's name and the picture should link
the individual gallery. Drop the separate "more pictures" link.

Looking at the Tony Guest gallery, I don't particularly like the text
under the thumbs. Since the amount of text isn't consistent, it makes
for a strange up and down layout. Suggest putting the painting title and
text next to the thumb instead, and keep it left-aligned. Centered text
is harder to read than left-aligned.

Having done an artist's site myself, I understand about copyright
protecting the images. However, the "Property of the artist" is too
prominent. It's hard enough to see the painting in the enlargements, and
hopeless on most thumbs. The text should be more transparent, so it's
still noticeable, but not overbearing.

The enlargements in the other galleries should be watermarked, too,
unless the artists don't care about theft. Don't worry about the thumbs
because they're too small to be worth stealing. Just watermark the
enlargements.

Actually, I think it's a repainted copy (or bad reproduction.) Here's the
original:

You decide.

FYI, if you go to the Tony Guest gallery, you'll see what it is down
near the bottom of the page, though it appears the last 2 images are
transposed.

Yeah, but worse. The "famous Arles night scene" is not that self-portrait.
