I would appreciate it if someone would critique my site. |
Next time put the URL in the body of the message so people can just
click on a link, rather than copy and paste from the subject line.

I hope you're looking for honesty, coz I don't think I can sugar-coat
this...
- The design is cheesy, for lack of a better word. Too many different
colors that don't blend together well and no real sense of "style". Plus
it is a fixed width and the navigation menu doesn't adapt well to
enlarged text sizes.
- Unusable when JavaScript is disabled. Don't people behind corporate
firewalls ever need PC repair? I don't see any reason to use JS for the
navigation in the first place. Plain text links with maybe some graphic
embellishments would serve the same purpose and be much more accessible.
- Unusable when image loading is disabled. Don't people on dial-up ever
need PC repair? Don't visually impaired people ever need PC repair?
- Why does the FAQ page use a POST instead of GET? That's just wrong.
- The HTML is a mess (we do critique code here, it is alt.HTML.critique
after all).
- No headings anywhere. Practically no *text* anywhere. I guess you
don't care much about search engines, or how your visitors feel about
slow loading pages. Yes, they are slow loading even on broadband.
- Totally inappropriate use of textarea on the home page for those
testimonials, and on the FAQ page.
- " ..." is just icky.
- Everything absolutely positioned and all those inline styles are icky,
too.

I have a high level of graphics so it is for broadband users only. |
Yes, your pages are graphics-heavy, but don't need to be. The site would
actually be much better without those huge pictures of text.
You should start over, or hire someone to redesign it.
