Don't promote "Valid XHTML & CSS" because
a) they're not valid
b) normal people don't care or understand what that means

Don't use XHTML, at least Transitional.

Don't use  s for indenting or centering text.

I have a few minutes ...

1. I don't care for the yellow background (oh wait, that's my default
color; you've not assigned one)

2. You're writing Transitional; new pages should be Strict - and HTML,
not XHTML

3. Your <blockquotes> don't appear to be quotes of anything, ergo, you
are using the element purely for, probably, indentation (presentation)

4. Learn CSS. This is so 20th Century:
h3>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Let us help you.</h3>

5. No <h2>; indicates you aren't using them for headings, but again just
for presentation. Learn semantic markup

6. Remove bogus HTML comment markers from the <style> block

7. Says it is "Valid XHTML .." but it isn't
