The code? 69K for a page that should need no more than 2 or 3K.
Then a whole bunch of unnecesary images on top. On a dial-up
connection, that is going to be horribly slow.
Note that MS Office does not produce web pages; it produces
documents rendered with HTML. A check with the W3C validator shows
62 errors.
