Good guestbook?

I'm looking to add a guestbook to my site, can anyone recommend a good one
to use? I wouldd like to heavily cutomise it so it fits in with the style of
my site as well...
Ideally, I'd like more of a comments system, since my site is about my
music, so next to each track I can have a 'comment on this track' and a mini
page where people can comment specifically about that track. Is this
possible?

then wouldn't you already be rebuilding it?
