A couple of months ago, I sent an email to a webmaster who created a
site with Publisher. It was total crap, and absolutely nothing worked in
any browser but IE (which was still quite bad). I got a scathing reply
of, to paraphrase, "How dare you tell me how to create my web site?"

The sad part was that the webmaster's client paid for the site. :-(

Because no one's there to tell the client that there is a better way.
Unfortunately web design is one of those 'cheap and easy' businesses
that any one can set up.

Damn it's hot!
