Google is not a very good place to post from.
This kind of thing does keep happening to gg posts.
I suspect the Google servers are overworked, waiting for

Well there isn't much there to look at, but it validates OK.

I'm not aware of a meta tag called "Copywrite". Perhaps you meant
"copyright"?

Using a refresh meta tag is a bad idea. Since you have PHP running at your
website, I suggest you use a proper HTTP redirect instead. Just replace the
entire page with this script:
