Default Critique Request - 05-20-2007 , 04:31 PM

Please critique http://bayareabluegrass.org

Also, the "Content" section is about 100px lower in IE 6 than Firefox.
I haven't been able to find out why as yet. Anyone know of the reason?

TIA

All those e-mail addresses on pages like instructors.php and contactbaba.php
may cause spam.
Use a mail form or apply obfuscation with numeric character references
<http://nikitathespider.com/articles/IngenReklamTack.html>

Pictures like http://bayareabluegrass.org/HOME/txflag.jpg are resized in
HTML. The quality will improve if you do that in an image editor

Good luck!

Thanks for your response. I hadn't noticed the picture was a different
size from the html size. I re-sized it. The email is a different
matter. There are forms on the site for board use, but members still
want their email address available. Go figure. I will try to have them
allow me to remove them again.

No need to do so. Read the article.
An e-mail address like karel (AT) degrote (DOT) com can be translated to
karel@degrote.com
and still be shown on the site like 'karel (AT) degrote (DOT) com'
