If the viewport is too small, the text in the main content box gets a
vertical scroll bar. It looks like the result of an attempt to keep the
footer visible. This is a matter of taste - I don't like it. If
content does not fit in the viewport, I expect the familiar thing to
happen: Scroll the whole window, not some text box inside.
