Critique please

Can you take a look at my site and give an honest critique of what I
have done?

AAAAARGH!

Before you do anything else, please get rid of the 100 mph scrolling banner
text (what did it say anyway?) and that dreadful music that suddenly came
blasting out at full volume.

I would also help if you told my browser what character set you're using. My
browser defaults to Japanese, so I'm getting junk here and there.

The background image is way too busy and makes the text difficult to read.

That's all I could make out in 10 seconds.

I agree with what Philip said, plus:

I just clicked on 'Guestbook' in the menu, and after
scrolling up and down in that guestbook, I couldn't find a
menu or even a link to go to the rest of the site, or even
to go back to the homepage..

A menu on every page would be good :-)
