Caveat: using Firefox. Firefox HTML validator shows 14 warnings. Inline javascript and style is not a very good choice... you want to change a sitewide style you'll have to edit every page. I guess that's a side effect of using an HTML editor instead of doing it by hand. Thank goodness I have scripting disabled by default. Looks like you've got annoying pop-ups. Tsk, tsk.. using tables for layout. Here's something you're probably more interested in: in the quest for a fancy unresizable font for the banner, you omitted not only the text (which you then had to repeat above, making it redundant), but you omitted the alt tag (or, actually, left it empty). That's not very good. Also, I often resize text to go up one or two sizes, depending on the website. Upsize it one time and that extraneous text on the top line wraps over your menu bar at the top. Don't get me wrong - I'm all full of negatives (that's why it's called alt.html.critique and not alt.html.gush.over.my.site), but it does look nice, the colors are fine by me, the layout is nice. I didn't look at all the pages, but the contact page looks funny. Monday-Friday wraps when absolutely does not have to, and then the start of the address is just below the office hours (no empty line), then empty line followed by city and state, then empty line followed by phone number. In other words: ------- Office Hours: 7am - 3pm Monday - Friday P.O. Box 32557 Visalia, CA 93292 (559)625-5545 ------- Wouldn't it be better like this: ------- Office Hours: 7am - 3pm Monday - Friday P.O. Box 32557 Visalia, CA 93292 (559)625-5545 ------- Just trying to help. |
