1) Add alt text for those 6 links.

2) Make the alt text for images which are logos match the logo.

3) Don't use images as a replacement for text as a rule. IE cannot resize
for people for whom the size is too small.

4) Text at very bottom will not resize in IE, and is awfully small for
many users.

5) If you're using an external style sheet, get all the inline styles over
there and replace all the useless font, small and div align tags. (At one
point you have h1 followed by 4 small tags. I doubt this is having any
extra effect.)
