block or delete a file on WWW

i have the following problem

when my friend enters his name in google a file appears with wrong
information about him (and he doesn't know who makes this file)


how can this file be blocked or deleted???

Unless you want to divulge the personal information, you will have to
look it up. Start by seeing who the web site belongs to, by entering the
domain name here: http://www.dnsstuff.com/

how can this file be blocked or deleted???

Convince the webmaster to delete it ...
Convince Google and many other search engines to remove it ...
