Which is better plain or swf version?

Hi everyone, I can't decide between two pages that I have. The only
difference really is the picture in the middle of the page.

The first on is just plain map with an Image Map added so that you can click
on a part of the map and be taken to that place.

The second page http://www.jacksnest.com/trip/index2.htm is a Macromedia
version of the map, but I can't add the Image Map to the picture - so you
can't click on the picture/movie and be taken to that place.

Which do you prefer?

Any other suggestions?

The first, there's no point in using Flash if it doesn't add anything,
especially if you can't get it to work. The moving car is unnecessary IMO.
If you really want to have it, you could always use JavaScript to move a
normal <img> around your map.

I would like the first page better, if you could enhance your image map, and
define your links a little better. Also, maybe you could try to break up
the text more.
