I was wondering what happened to that photo credit!
I noticed the "short thumb" on the scrollbar.

I have a problem with the background colors, the text on the photo
ends up looking bad. Hm. I suppose I could add a class without bg
colors for text and links on the photo, and add bg colors to all the
others.
Try using { background-color: transparent; } in those places. In most
circumstances, the rule is wherever you assign a color, you assign a
background color, and vice-versa.

By the way it's accessible in plain text

With the Firefox Web Developer's Toolbar, it is easy to turn off CSS -
and it has many other valuable tools. If you don't have it:

Hmmm... zoom text in Firefox/mozilla and see what happens.
I see. I messed around with it for a while, looked at ugly scroll bars,
which users might not even understand. Then I tried resizing using ems
instead of pxs. I googled a bit and now I think I need to change all the
measurements to ems, so all measurements are relative, find a way to
center the photo. Then the whole darn thing (except, of course, for
images) will grow and shrink when text size is adjusted.

Is that right?

thanks

steve

Ayup. Note that Opera will resize the images as well.

Well, I'll get started experimenting! Thanks.

Okay then. In IE 6, and ff windows it seems to flow up and down in size
correctly. Have another look?
