All comments and critique welcome.

There are no graphics because it's designed for use by a rural community,
with less than adequate modem connections. Don't want to waste their time
and money. I plan to turn off the smilies and avtars on the forum too.

But if you have an suggestions on spicing it up, but leaving it clear and
crisp, please share them with me

Cheers
Chris

I think it's fine. The only question is why did you make the <emph> class
instead of redefining <em> or <strong> ?
That is an excellent question, well presented !

I have no idea, must have been a mental block at the time. I will review it.

Very accessible. Could use a form on the contact page.

Despite Mark's disorientation, he does bring up a valid point. The page is
a little bland.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Falkland Islands are rather pretty. Take
advantage of that. Step outside with a digital camera and take a few
photos and put together something like this:

http://www.goddamn.co.uk/tobyink/scratch/rba.org.fk/

I was a little rushed in finding a nice picture of the Falklands, and
you'd need to work a little bit on liquidity, but you get the idea, right?
