Well how many times do you read the header/banner/whatever at the top of a page. In all the page design texts that I have read or been taught that is the least important part of the page, it's the last thing a reader scans, and doesn't affect the readability of the text on the page. |

It's in the Falklands, the one it's on now. Well, consider using a little server-side magic to test the IP of the visitor, serve them a graphical header if they're in the Falklands and a text header if they're outside. This way the image never leaves the islands, so you don't need to worry about it clogging up your plumbing. That's a good point, and one that I have considered. But I'm not really |
