Why doesn't Google list this site?

I helped a friend put up his website http://www.tommyscollections.com a
few months ago and all the major search engines except Google now lists
it in their search results. Since Google doesn't allow us to register
the site, we're at a loss for a solution. Any ideas? Thanks.

Just a guess: there's the following at the end of the page:

Google gets upset about temporary redirects. If any old pages are being

redirected, make sure it is permanent.
