Default video gallery - 11-04-2004 , 03:07 PM

I have a massive video clip collection. How can I post these video
clips on the web and charge per views. I have no problem with users
downloading the files and sharing them afterwards.

I was thinking about a phpNuke first. But, it seems that it uses too
much system resources and and difficult (for me) to manipulate.

I want to include a photo gallery, a forum and even free video
section.

Users can sign up via credit card and get a few days to a few months
membership.

I have basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL as well as html.

That's not charge per view then, but charge per download?

Charge per view or charge per download... actually, charge for access
to video gallery... but, that's not the important part. Rather, how do
I implement such a concept?

Anyone?

Given the venture's commercial nature, I would suggest hiring
someone that understands server side development and payment
systems.

I was hoping to do most of it by myself. But, since I don't seem to be
able to organize this myself... where can I find someone like that
(with having to take mortgage on a house I don't have)?

I have no experience with this organisation beyond seeing their
home page, but elance[1] springs to mind. They have a slew of
developers who contract out for a variety of rates.
