urgent SEO question - pls help.


I am not technical.....I need info on SEO. These`questions may sound
stupid, but pls bear with me.


1. If SEO techniques are used how long does it generally take for site
to be in the top 5 or 10 in
google, yahoo, MSN etc if SEO techniques are used ? if certain keywords

are used.


2.Generally speaking what is the cost to have a site Optimized and
brought up in the first 5 to 10 rankings in the search sites ?


Any recommendations of companies/ individuals that can do it as soon as

possible at a reasonable price ?
