Yes. The HTML it produces isn't quite as bad as that produced by Word or
NetObjects Fusion, but it can be pretty grotesque. I have on occasion
tidied up the output of FrontPage; except in special cases it's easier
to throw it away and start again. One concrete example: a page which
took 30 seconds to display over a dial-up connection. As this was a
large table [1] I could do a lot to it with global edits. By pruning
away superfluous FP-generated rubbish I reduced the display time to
8 seconds, and the result looked better as well.
[1] Actually containing tabular data, in this case.
