sound recorder in html

Hi,
I need to embed a sound recorder into my site to record the user's
voice and be able to play it back to them..does anyone have any idea
how to do this?? I know how to embed a normal sound file but just have
no idea how to embed an actual recorder!!!

Macromedia Flash supports microphone and webcam. You must tell your
visitors to enable usage.
I'm not completely sure what to do with flash to enable it but its
probably a built in action flash function.
