I have a google search field inside my site [http://kirpi.it].
It works quite well *but* with italian local characters (ascii>128).
The strange thing is that such characters work fine once I am in
google.
Why, then?

Two lines were missing:
<input type=hidden name=ie value=iso-8859-1>
<input type=hidden name=oe value=iso-8859-1>
It now works.
