Price is pretty reasonable also.

I've been using http://www.surpasshosting.com for the past 2 years. Its
everything you need it to be. The support has fallen wayside recently (no
more phone support, responses and take days, not hours), but you very seldom
need it.

Yeah, I have been there before also.
http://www.godaddy.com has never taken more then 3 hours
to respond to my questions. One site I was with before took a week
to respond and they were twice the price. A nice feature when you mail them
....
they auto respond and inside that e-mail there is a section to add
info you might have forgotten the first time(update your question).
They have a pretty good FAQ section for generic answers also.
