There are plenty of stupid webmasters Out There, doing all manner of
stupid things, from using JavaScript to do nothing more than duplicate
the functionality of "<A>" to going out of their way to creating pages
that don't display correctly with any but one single web browser
software running with one single window size. Indeed, there are whole
web sites devoted to such idiocies.

this might be a stupid Q - but why not complain to Powergen about their
Webmaster?

they probably care about loosing customers which then spread the storey
online to 1000s of others......
