Hello. I have been longing for a website or a tool that teach me or help
me make colr matching. I am always dumb on choosing color. I tried a few
tools I googled out, none of them are are really very useful for me.

My wife has to choose my shirts for me, as my sense of colour matching is
that bad. I use the trial/freeware version of a little tool called YS
Elvan, google for it. It offers me complementary and split complementary
suggestions, etc. and can give both RGB and hex values.
